Paris, often referred to as the “City of Light,” is renowned for its rich history, iconic landmarks, and cultural charm. As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, I can provide recommendations for places to visit in Paris. Keep in mind that new attractions and events may have emerged since then. Here are the top five places to consider visiting in Paris in 2024:

   • No visit to Paris is complete without experiencing the Eiffel Tower. Explore the Trocadéro Gardens for stunning views of the tower and the city skyline. You can take an elevator or climb the stairs to the top for panoramic views of Paris. Consider visiting at sunset for a magical view as the city lights come to life.
2. Louvre Museum and Pyramid:
   • The Louvre is the world’s largest art museum and a historic monument in Paris. Home to thousands of works of art, including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo, the Louvre is a cultural treasure trove. The iconic glass pyramid in the courtyard serves as the main entrance and is a symbol of the museum.
3. Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur Basilica:
   • Explore the bohemian neighborhood of Montmartre, known for its artistic history and charming streets. Climb the stairs to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, a stunning white church perched atop the hill, offering breathtaking views of Paris. Montmartre is also famous for its lively cafés, street performers, and the Place du Tertre, where artists display their work.
4. Sainte-Chapelle and Île de la Cité:
   • Sainte-Chapelle is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture located on the Île de la Cité. Known for its magnificent stained glass windows depicting biblical scenes, it is a must-visit for art and history enthusiasts. 5. Musée d’Orsay and Seine River Cruise:

After exploring the museum, consider taking a Seine River cruise to see Paris from a different perspective.
